One of the most popular file managers for Google’s Android platform, suggestively called AndroZip File Manager has just been updated and got some improvements and bug fixes.

Among the most important changes included in this update is full root access in paid version. In addition, there’s a new icon/grid view and details view.

With the latest version of AndroZip File Manager, users will be able to make multiple selections with image thumbnails. Devs also addressed several issues that have been reported in the past, but no details are available for the moment.

AndroZip File Manager 2.5 is now available as a free download directly from the Google Play store and it should be compatible with all devices running Android 1.6 and up. Keep in mind that the application installs to SD card.
