It looks like Alcatel and Vodafone have teamed up once again to bring Android fans another affordable smartphone, the Smart 4 Mini.

According to Phonearena, the handset has been recently spotted at FCC (Federal Communications Commission), so we expect Vodafone to make it official in the coming months.

The Smart 4 Mini is expected to ship with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system, though we’re still waiting for confirmation on this one.

The smartphone is said to sport a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

No word on the amount of RAM and storage yet, but it’s been confirmed that Vodafone Smart 4 Mini is powered by a 1 GHz single-core processor.

Other highlights of the handset include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, GPS with A-GPS support, HSDPA and 1400 mAh Li-Ion battery.
