We reported earlier today that Celkon may introduce the Millenium Ultra Q500 mid-range Android smartphone in India very soon. However, it appears that the company has just released another handset in India, the Millenium Dazzle Q44.

The new smartphone is cheaper than the Millenium Ultra Q500, but also comes with lower specs. Customers in India can purchase the Celkon Millenium Dazzle Q44 smartphone for just Rs 6,499 ($105 / €80) outright.

Keep in mind that the smartphone is exclusively available for purchase in India through major retailer Flipkart. The phone is available in Silver, Gold and Grey, fonearena reports.

The Millenium Dazzle Q44 ships with Android 4.4 KitKat operating system out of the box and packs a 1.3GHz quad-core MediTek processor. The smartphone offers dual-SIM capability, FM Radio function and 8GB of internal memory, along with microSD card slot for storage expansion (up to 32GB).

It’s also worth mentioning that the affordable smartphone packs 1GB of RAM, 5-megapixel rear-facing camera, 1.3-megapixel front camera and a 4-inch IPS OGS (One Glass Solution) capacitive touchscreen display that supports 480 x 800 pixels resolution.

Celkon Millenium Dazzle Q44 offers multiple connectivity options, including 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB, as well as GPS with A-GPS support.
