The folks over at Adobe Systems have just released a new update for their Windows Phone pdf reader, which is likely to bring very few changes.

Unfortunately, Adobe rarely offers details on the small changes it brings to its Reader application for Windows Phone. The same goes for its iOS and Android apps, which also receive updates regularly, but they are usually meant to fix specific bug or security exploits.

The same may be the case now, as Adobe Reader for Windows Phone has received a small update, which doesn’t feature an official changelog attached to it.

However, there’s a high change that this minor update may add some small improvements and bug fixes. Security enhancements may be involved too, but we doubt that there are any groundbreaking new features included, otherwise Adobe would have made an official announcement.

All in all, those who already have the application installed on their devices can now update to the latest version, while new users can now download Adobe Reader for Windows Phone 10.4.2.0 for free via Windows Phone Store.

The application should be fully compatible with all devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up. Let us know in the comments if you have noticed any changes after applying the update.
