Adobe has just updated its PDF Reader application for Android devices. The new version is now available for download via Google Play Store and brings lots of new features and improvements.

The most important seems the addition of Adobe PDF Pack and Adobe ExportPDF services. Unfortunately, those who wish to take advantage of these new services will have to purchase it from within the application.

Those who decide to pay for it will be able to to convert documents and images to PDF using Adobe PDF Pack, as well as export PDF files to Word or Excel using Adobe ExportPDF.

The update also adds new and improved Text Search using snippet views, along with online help that allows users to learn more about Adobe Reader.

There's also a new, modern File Browser UI experience. Last but not least, developer added Multi Window support and improved performance for x86 devices.

You can now download Adobe Reader for Android 11.1.0 for free via Softpedia. Keep in mind the application should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.3.3 and up.
