The handset should go official as soon as next week

Samsung's Galaxy Note is expected to arrive on shelves at AT&T in the near future, sporting model number SGH-I717.

The smartphone was long rumored to make an official appearance next week at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, and it appears that these suppositions are about to prove real.

The AT&T Galaxy Note has just leaked online in press photos, which suggest that its official unveiling should be near.

The same as the international model, AT&T's Galaxy Note flavor will pack a 5.3-inch (1280x800) Super AMOLED touchscreen display, along with a dual-core 1.4GHz CPU, and an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back.

It will also offer support for AT&T's LTE network, something that the original version did not sport. The handset is now rumored to arrive on shelves on February 14th, though official confirmation is still pending.
