The HTC One X+ does not seem to receive enough attention from the Taiwanese handset maker. Although it’s a powerful device, the One X+ is still stuck on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean operating system at AT&T.

Hopefully, that will change soon, but until then HTC decided to give AT&T One X+ owners some hope and released a small update.

As AndroidPolice points out, the update only contains some bug fixes: “AT&T Address Book Fixes, Bluetooth fixes, Wi-Fi fixes and other minor bug fixes.”

The update is pushed OTA (over the air), but One X+ owners who wish to manually perform the upgrade can do so by going to Settings / AT&T Software Update / Check for updates.

Aside from the maintenance update, HTC also made available for download the full ROM for the One X+. Those who wish to download the 670MB ROM can head over to HTC’s support site.
