The app doesn't launch with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, which is quite inconvenient since new users could have benefited from some guidance when launching a new application. It doesn't have material design or a side menu with quick access to sections.
In fact it doesn't really have any additional sections, aside from the settings menu. The app doesn't requite online registration, which is quite nice and you don't need your phone to be connected to the internet in order to make changes inside the app and adjust its settings. It's a pretty straightforward app, you shouldn't have any trouble with it.
Adjust settings to meet your preferences
The whole concept behind this app is to allow users to make some settings and have the app automatically close your screen when you no longer need it. It uses sensors on your phone to detect movement and turn the screen on.
If it doesn't detect any motion for a certain interval of time, the screen will turn off. The app may get annoying when you place your phone in your pocket, but you can deactivate it easily using an icon in the settings menu.
More features and tools
The first thing that you need to do inside the app is to calibrate the motion sensor and see if it works properly. It displays the motion and proximity. You can set the app to keep screen on by motion and set an exception based on the tilt angle.
You can also turn the screen on by waving over the proximity sensor or set it to stay on while the phone is charging, Screen off settings can also be adjusted, set it to close when you cover the proximity sensor.
The app lets you adjust time intervals and you can make it active even in the lock screen. It doesn't come with any ads but it does have some in-app purchases. If you want to get access to all locked features, you need to pay 2.5$.
