The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, which is quite inconvenient for new users since some tips would have been beneficial to new users.
The app launches with the home screen featuring all directories on your phone. It has settings that you can access under the menu. There's even the option to change the theme, pick from four available options and add them to your app.
You can also hide the notification bar and pick the starting folder for when you launch the app. In addition, have the app display hidden files and adjust the view mode by picking between a grid or a list.
Manage your files easily
The side menu on the left gives you access to all sort of sections inside the app. It displays the available storage on your phone and arranges your videos, photos, music and downloads into separate locations.
Users can also arrange files on the home screen by various criteria like name, date, size and filetype. There's the option to create new folders, text files or bookmark whichever files you wish. Batch selection is available, users can delete files, move them to another location or attach them to an email.
More features and tools
The app lets you create all sort of archives and pick the compression type, choose between zip, tar, gzip or bzip. The app works on all sort of devices including rooted ones.
You can also change the font size or wrap text to make it easier to read. The app also lets you search for files on various accounts including Yahoo Mail, Google+, Hangouts and more.
It also has a feature that lets you copy or move files fast, by simply accessing the icon on the right corner of the screen. All in all, the app comes with everything you might need from a file manager.
