It's a neat recorder that sports a really intuitive interface and delivers all the tools that you might need. It's packed with all sort of features, so you'll truly find it a very useful tool.
Sleek interface with plenty of features at hand
The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, but you wouldn't really need them since the UI is quite intuitive. It has a settings menu under the overflow icon on the top right corner of the screen.
It doesn't use material design, but the app's whole purpose is to be used easily and without too many fuss. That's why, the interface is really intuitive and with all of its tools at hand.
You can navigate through the two sections inside the app using tabs and the app displays a status bar in the notification area. It also has controls on the home page, making it easy to record all sort of content.
Record all sort of content
Simply tap on the record icon when you're ready to go. Users should make sure that there's no outside noise that might interfere with the recording, so that the sound would be pristine.
The app's sound quality isn't that high, but you really shouldn't expect much from an application on your phone especially if you're not using a microphone. The app displays your progress on the screen, together with the frequency and an estimation on the time remaining depending on your available storage space.
More features and tools
All tracks are recorded in .wav and the app has a separate section in which you can listen to your saved recordings. You can pause a recording and resume it when you're ready to continue.
The app lets you pick from multiple sound encoding options, like amr, aac and pcm, depending on the quality that you're looking for. You can also change the rate of the recording and make some more changes to the app but some features are only available in the paid version.
It comes with some banner ads, users can remove them if they pay 4.99$. The pro version also unlocks some other premium features. Users may also close the screen when recording so that they would save battery, but you should never use the app to record someone without their consent.
