Clean design with lots of features at hand
It doesn't come with a tutorial, but you can check out the help section filled with all sort of instructions and tips that you may need in order to navigate inside the app. The UI doesn't use material design, but that's not uncommon for weather applications which may come with animation and some unique features.
However, the app is really easy-to-use, you shouldn't have any trouble with accessing features. When you first launch the app it finds your location and displays the current forecast with lots of details.
Check the weather in multiple locations
The app lets you check weather conditions in multiple locations of your choice, access them by swiping the screen left or right. The home screen displays the current time, temperature, conditions and lots of details. It tells you humidity levels, chances of rain, wind pressure and visibility.
It shows the weather for the next hours and days. Wind speed is displayed in a meter icon on the screen. You can share conditions easily with friends on social networks.
It comes with lots of settings that you can make to the app. It lets you change temperature units, wind speed, pressure, time format. You can also have the app auto launch when docked or plugged in. Live conditions are available for the first location on your list shown in the status bar and notification panel.
More features
It lets you change the layout of the app, the text style and size and it comes with multiple themes to pick from. You can also add or exclude parameters from the home page, so that you would only get the information that you're interested in.
The app has a toolbar in the notification section, with details on temperature and the hour when the information was last updated. Weather Live with Widgets Free comes with lots of banner ads which you can remove if you purchase the premium version for 2.49$.
