One Touch Optimize 4.7.2
One Touch Optimize is one of such apps, but it's hardly as good as some of the top applications in this category. Still, considering the number of downloads and its rating, it's well worth a try.
Cute but ill-fitted design
Considering the many optimizer apps we've tested, it's only normal that we've gotten used to seeing sleek interfaces with nice animation and lots of effects. But it seems that One Touch Optimize has neither.
Instead it sports a rather dated and ill-fitted UI that lacks any sorts of effects that would make it more appealing to users. There are no instructions for new users, not even some tips for making your phone perform tasks faster and stop the battery from draining.
There's no menu, but all features are arranged into a toolbar at the bottom of the screen which makes it easy to access them.
Clear processes and boost your phone
The home page displays the amount of CPU and SD in current use, together with how much RAM and ROM memory the phone is using out of the total available. Tap on the button to optimize and end processes in order to release memory.
Cache data can also be deleted easily using this app. The next section displays the applications that are running in the background and taking up memory and resources. Uncheck the ones you wish to keep and have the app kill the rest.
Clear cache and use the home screen widget
Cache data can also be cleared, the app has a separate section for that. However, the app seems to have trouble identifying cache data on your phone. It comes with a home screen widget that lets you kill processes simply by tapping the icon.
Afterward, it opens the app and all its features. You can have it exclude system processes from scans and select from two types of modes, normal and entertainment for when playing videos or games. You can also enable automatic clear and schedule the frequency of clearing and the best time to do so.
