Magic Hour Free 1.4.5
Magic Hour Free does just that, providing users with everything they need to enhance their pictures packed in a nice interface with plenty of settings. In fact, the app's main advantage is it's store filled with filter packs that anyone can download for free.
Sleek UI with many features
The interface is pretty nice, displaying access to all features in a toolbar on top of the screen. Users can also tap on settings and manage the app and its UI. It comes with instructions and tips, but users would have to enable them from settings.
You can adjust the home screen and have the app start with camera or have it save the original photo, the one before editing. In addition, you can save your location or enable the embedded image picker. Also, you can change the save directory on the app and pick a folder of your choice.
Edit photos like a professional
Users have the option of snapping pictures instantly or modifying the ones in their gallery. The camera mode applies filters over the screen, together with other options.
You can choose the ratio between 3:4, 1:1, 4:3. You can also rotate the camera or enable flash. Moreover, there's a zoom option and you can apply a grid over the camera mode.
Once you've snapped the picture, the app opens the list of filters that they can apply to the picture. The nice thing about this app is that it shows how your picture would look with all filters applied. Tap on the one that you like in order to apply. You can edit filters, save pictures and share them with friends.
Create a filter of your own
The app lets you edit or create filters of your own. It gives you the option of readjusting curves and changing the color of the photo. In addition, you can adjust brightness, saturation and contrast.
You can also change the vignette on the picture or add texture to your image. Moreover, the app comes with plenty of frames to choose from and a shortcut to the original picture.
Image size can also be modified, but you'll have to upgrade in order to choose the maximum one. An upgrade would also get you unlimited downloads from the filter market and the option to save your own filters. The price of an upgrade is 1.54$.
