Light Manager 8.0
One app that could help you that is Light Manager. It lets you make all sort of LED settings to your phone, of course if the device supports it. It sports a really intuitive interface and lots of features to help you customize LED notifications.
Sleek interface with lots of features at hand
The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions to help new users get an overview of the application and all the features that it has. The UI is quite intuitive, it only comes with a list of settings that you can make and colors that you can pick.
It could have used some instructions for new users to get accustomed to the app much faster. Still, before you can start making changes to the UI you need to enable the app and provide it with access to all notifications posted on your device. This means that the app would be able to read personal information including emails, text messages and contact names.
Customize the app to your liking
Light Manager lets you change the operating mode and pick from alternating and screen modes. You can have the app start when phone is booted, show notifications in the status bar or change the language of the app.
You can also disable LED notifications during sleeping time, so that your phone wouldn't waste battery. Users can adjust LED brightness, pick from multiple static LEDs or change the color of LEDs. It has notification by keyword for Facebook Messenger and all sorts of ways to adjust led notification when you receive a message or email.
More features
The app also lets you pick the LED setting for when you miss a call, receive an email on your Gmail account or a calendar alert is enabled. You can also change the notification you receive for numerous applications, including Facebook, Hangouts, WhatsApp or others installed on your device.
You can also change the LED color for low battery, battery charging or charged. Settings are also available for network connections and for system status, like airplane mode, silent mode or ringer.
You can also test LED notifications on your phone and use a Hex code to assign a color. However, it seems that the app doesn't work properly on certain devices and it doesn't flash colors on the LED.
