The app launches directly with the home screen featuring access to all sort of sections and tools, neatly arranged on the bottom of the screen. It doesn't come with any sort of instructions or instructions to get you started. Users can register with their Facebook accounts.
The app features a full gallery with plenty of wallpapers, widgets and icon packs that you can download on your phone. Many of them are free but those that aren't need to be purchased using points achieved if you share the app to your friends. All wallpapers come in HD and are uploaded by other users.

The gallery of wallpapers is filled with all the latest pictures and images that you can set on your phone. They're all divided into various categories, you can check out the collections of the most popular users, browse through the top wallpapers, images for your lock screen and those that feature Line characters.
You can also customize your phone with one of the many icon packs available, download and save the ones that you like the most. There's the option of sharing wallpapers online or liking them in order to support the uploader.

Users can also browse through the gallery of cute and cool widgets for their clock, battery status and calendar. Download the ones that you like and apply them to your phone. It also comes with a section featuring all sort of models for your home screen.
You can find inspiration or actually copy items to your phone, as you're granted links to wallpapers, icons packs and widgets used in gallery items. Still, the app has some shortcomings.
When you find a wallpaper that you like it's best to download it and use your photo viewer in order to set it in the background, because Line Deco forces users to cut pictures and thus reduce the image resolution.
