Harmony 2.07
One of such applications is Harmony, it comes with lots of features and tools in the form of videos and techniques that would help you relax and forget about your worries.
Nice interface that could use some better visuals
The app launches directly with cute live animations of fields of grass, water, space, sea and clouds. Relaxing music plays in the background and you can change the landscape easily by swiping the screen.
The app comes with plenty of dedicated sections and music to help you overcome certain addictions or enter certain states of complete relaxation. You can get access to sessions if you sign in with your Facebook profile or create an account. Still, the interface is a bit dated, the app would need better visuals and higher sound quality.
Listen to various sessions
Not all sessions are free, but the app comes with one free pack for new users. It will help you relax completely or improve your focus and concentration skills. A relaxing voice guides you through the whole process, while music is playing in the background and nice live animation is featured on the screen.
You can pick from various sessions that would make you calmer, boost confidence, help break habits or overcome fears and phobias, but these sessions are paid. Prices can reach up to 93.99$. You can add sessions to a playlist and relax while music is playing so you wouldn't have to bother skipping to the next session.
Get video explanations and check out your acitivty
The app also lets you check out your activity, in the sense that you can verify which session you've completed and go to the next one. Users should also check out video explanations, but they'll need to use the YouTube app installed on their devices.
The settings menu doesn't actually contain settings for the app, but some options to book a live session or check out complementary products. One annoying thing about the app is that if you tap on the back button, the app minimizes and when you restore it to full screen, you'll have to log in again. This is quite annoying since many applications use the back button.
