Nice interface with plenty of features at hand
The app only works in landscape mode and it could have used a tutorial to show new users all the neat things that they could do with their videos. It doesn't have a help section with some written down instructions, but it seems that the text size is too large and it's difficult to read.
Unfortunately, you can't make it smaller. It doesn't use material design and the UI has music in the background which can't be turned off. It comes with a whole gallery where you can access the videos that you've edited with the app.
Create all sort of nice videos
Before you can start recording, you'll have to pick the effect that you would like to use. They're plenty, 90 in total and are all arranged intro categories, like holiday, horror, weapons, animals, sci-fi, disasters, vehicles, etc. However, not all of them are free some are included in promotional packs and their price reaches up to 19.99$.
Once you've picked an effect, you can watch a preview and download it if it's free. They come with sound and neat animation, but unfortunately the visuals aren't that great and you would be able to prank your friends only for a short while. It also displays the length of animation in seconds.
More features
The app applies a neat overlay on your screen in the camera mode so that you can perfectly position the phone while you record. It's recommended that you keep your phone as steady as possible and that lots of light is available. You can also enable the flash mode.
The app is great for shooting short videos with your phone. It has many more features, but they all depend on which effect you're choosing. For example, you can choose timing for the satellite crash effect or apply filters and edit sound if you decided to use the dancing skeleton effect.
It also lets you adjust effect accuracy and provides users with a preview of the output file. However, it takes a while to convert videos and you can make additional changes to videos as long as they weren't saved on your device.
