Dumpster

Recover all sort of deleted files using this neat application for your phone
Recycle bins on our computers have proved to be quite useful, especially since they let us recover all sort of files that we thought we'd lost. You can also store files there just until you're absolutely sure you want to remove them from your device.

There's also an application that does the same for your Android device. Dumpster Image & Video Restore lets you restore all sort of files that you've previously deleted. The app can be protected with a password, as to ensure maximum security.

Sleek interface with some features

The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions for new users to get a general idea on what it can do and what features it has. It comes in multiple languages, meaning users are able to change the language of the app.

It does use material design, it has a side menu on the left filled with all sort of sections that you can find inside the application. The first things that you need to do inside this app is to let it scan your device and retrieve files that you've deleted.

Restore files

A copy of every file that you delete is kept inside Dumpster app. You can filter which types of files the app keeps, like images, videos, audio files, documents and other types. You can also have the app keep folders and other applications.

When you wish to restore a file, simply head over to Dumpster, long press on the file and restore it. You can also restore entire batches of files or folders. The app lets you share images even from inside the app, before you've got the chance to restore them.

More features

It lets you filter what types of files you'd like it to display. It also comes with an auto-clean feature that automatically removes items longer than an interval of time that you've set out. In addition, the app gives you lockscreen access and the option to change the language of the app.

It has some very annoying popup ads which you can remove if you upgrade to the premium version for 2.29$. It also lets you sort files inside the app, by date, size, type and name.

Other than that, the app doesn't really have that many features or options. However, it could use some more features especially since some of the nicer ones are only available in the premium version.
