Cooler Master 3.1.08
One of the applications that could help with keeping your phone cool is Cooler Master. It sports a nice design, but it only provides users with a few features and tools for cooling their phones.
Sleek design that uses lots of animation and visual effects
The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, but it wouldn't really need them since it sports a really intuitive interface with plenty of features at hand.
It doesn't come with material design, but it uses lots of animation and visual effects to enhance the whole user experience. It uses animation including when you close the app. It doesn't come with a side menu for accessing all sort of sections inside the app.
Clean your device and stop it from overheating
The home page features a graph using animation and it displays the current temperature of your device. You can pick from multiple units of measurement like Celsius or Fahrenheit.
It also shows CPU and RAM usage in percentages and lets you refresh the data by simply tapping on icons and graphs. Cooler Master scans your device and analyzes CPU usage to determine which applications run in the background and take up the most.
It helps kill apps running in the background, but for your phone to cool faster you'll need to lock and leave it for a while. However, it doesn't do such a good job at killing apps, some continue running or restart immediately afterward.
Some settings
The app keeps a log of all actions taken inside the app and it has a whole section with recommendations of other applications that you can install on your phone.
Cooler Master alerts you when there are too many unneeded apps running in the background. It tries to prevent the CPU from overloading and the phone from overheating. However, it's missing some additional features like the option to create a whitelist for apps that you would like to keep running.
It's missing an icon for fast cooling, one for the home screen that would make it easier and faster to close apps. It also doesn't inform users which apps take up the most resources causing your phone to heat up.
