CloudMagic 7.0.42
CloudMagic offers a truly clean and fresh interface for managing emails on multiple accounts and for never missing an email again. It can also retrieve conversations and allows you to make multiple changes to the UI, so to make the app your own.
Sleek and clean interface
People tend to use multiple email addresses, which means that they must also log in to their accounts from more than one interface and may get confused. CloudMagic avoids that as it lets you sign in to multiple accounts in the same app.
CloudMagic comes with a tutorial that shows you all the features available inside together with tools. You can log into multiple accounts, including Google apps, Office 365, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail/Outlook, Exchange, iCloud or IMAP. All of your accounts will be featured in the side menu on the left of the screen so you can switch through them easily.
It comes with the Team Contacts feature. It brings you and your colleagues together to improve emailing with people outside your organization. You can discover contacts connected to your colleagues and know when they have interacted, right inside your email app.
Check your email on multiple accounts
Simply tap on one account to check your email. You can read emails in your inbox, check out the latest emails you've received, starred or spam ones. The app also loads conversations that you've had on the account and it comes with a search bar that lets you find emails by searching based on keywords.
You can also compose emails and send them to multiple recipients. There's also the option of attaching files but the app takes a while to retrieve new emails, which might be quite inconvenient. It also tests users' patience as it needs a lot to load images from any email account.
You can create drafts and the app comes with a compose feature to make it easier to write emails. You can sync email accounts and preferences across devices, download attachments in background or remote wipe your data if you lose your phone/tablet.
Tweak settings to make the app your own
The app lets you reply to messages, delete, forward and save emails. Users can make some changes to the interface. They can pick a different color for each account, create an email signature, add a specific sound to when an email is received on a certain service or have the app auto download attachments but only on WiFi if they wish.
You an also set a passcode lock to the app to keep your emails secure or set a default sender address. More features can be unlocked if you upgrade to the premium version for 4.59$ per month or 41.19$ per year.
