Video applications are great ways to record interesting content that you might find around you and to make it available to the world. There are some video networks that have created a whole community of users who post funny clips and share content on other social networks as well.

Clipster is one of them, but it's not among the most popular. It still has a long way to go before it would be able to compete against top apps in this category.

Sleek interface with some features

The app is filled with all sort of instructions and tips to help users create nice videos, edit them and then upload them on the network. The app claims that it lets you create clips that would be great for posting on Instagram, but you can only register on the network with your Facebook or Twitter account.

The app crashes unless you enable location services when you launch it. The app lets you follow users, invite friends from social networks or your phone contacts, adjust notifications and more.

Create all sort of clips

The whole purpose of this app is to record short clips of up to 2 seconds and merge them together until their reach up to 15 second of film. You can enable the flashlight or even switch to the front camera on your phone. The app also records sound, so you can talk or play music in the background.

Once you're done recording and you've picked which clips of 2 seconds you would like to add to the whole video, you can apply frames. It comes with a whole array of nice frames that you can choose from and it even lets you see a preview of the video.

More features

It comes with the option of adding sound, import any song from your media gallery but you won't be able to cut it. So the app will play the 15 second beginning of any song that you choose.

When all of this is set, write a 120 character description for the video before uploading it on the market. You can upload it simultaneously to other social networks like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

The app provides you with shortcuts for them. Video quality isn't that great, the app needs improvement in that area. Other than that, you can like clips upload by other users and even comment on them. It comes with a search icon for finding clips easier and faster.
