Brain Wars 1.0.54
Sleek and nice interface filled with all sort of features
The app launches with a brief tutorial that shows you all the neat things that you can do with Brain Wars, but you'll need to register with an account in order to actually use the app.
There's only the option of signing in with your Facebook profile, the app promises not to post anything on your wall without your permission. Even the mini-setup is quite different compared to other similar applications, in the sense that it doesn't come with an initial test to assess your skills, but directly lets you challenge opponents from all around the world.
Play games and develop your skills
The app lets you develop all sort of skills like speed, memory, judgment, accuracy, calculation and observation. Simply tap on challenge to get started, as the app doesn't really let you explore the interface before you play one game.
The app provides you with instructions before each game starts and it lets you challenge your friends or random app users from all around the world. Each challenge consists of multiple rounds and the app lets you pick the game which you wish to play but only for certain levels. You will compete against players of various rankings and you will get scores and be included in a league.
Get rankings and graphs with your progress
Brain Wars shows you scores and lets you compare your performance against other users. You can check your daily scores in a separate section and see which users have the highest rankings. Games don't last for long and you have the option of sending cute emoticons to your opponent before you start.
In addition, users may pick the game that they're most comfortable with but for that they'll need to pay coins. Whether or not you lose or win games, your overall score and ranking still go up because you have truly challenged your brain and are making progress. Brain Wars is superior to any other brain training app, simply because it lets you challenge and compete against other users, something that other similar applications don't.
