AZ Screen Recorder 2.7
Fortunately, Google Play Store holds a whole array of screen recorder apps that you can try out. One efficient but not so complex app is AZ Screen Recorder. It works but it could use some more features.
Clean UI with some features
The app doesn't come with a tutorial or any kind of instructions, but it doesn't need any since the UI is quite intuitive. It only features a list of settings that you can change inside the app so that you make sure the quality of the video is pristine.
The app is really neat and may come in handy during a number of situations. The settings menu is a bit dark, but it does make it easy to distinguish between features and options.
Record videos
AZ Screen Recorder has a small onscreen widget with access to the settings menu and an icon for recording videos. You can also easily access recorded clips in the output directory of your choice. Users can adjust the video resolution to up to 1920x1080 and bit-rate to a maximum of 15 Mbps.
Screen orientation can be set inside the app, in case you're recording on a tablet or wide-screen phone. AZ Screen Recorder can also be set to capture audio on clips, to show visual feedback of gestures or the front-camera as it captures face in a small overlay window.
More features
Recording is done easily, you get recording controls on the top of the screen and when you're done, you can trim videos or turn them into GIFs. As expected, the app lets users share videos on social networks.
AZ Screen Recorder comes with an in-app player that lets you lock the screen and even select the decoder for the clip. Other than that, you can disable the audio track, add subtitles, view properties, adjust video zoom, aspect ratio and more.
ome of the features inside the app like the option to enable an invisible button for all sort of controls, countdown before starting to record or display text and logo are paid features. You can access them if you support the developer and donate 3.69$.
