24me is one of such applications that incorporates many functions that are normally found in separate apps. It lets you create todo and grocery lists, place calls and write texts and it even displays weather conditions.
Sleek interface with plenty of tools
The app needs online registration, so you'll need to connect with an account in order to access the app. Use your Facebook or Google profiles, or register with an email address to enter the app. It doesn't really have a tutorial, but instructions are displayed in the form of notes that you must read in order to understand how the app works.
Still, the interface is really clean and sleek but it doesn't have any additional themes or wallpapers that you can apply to the background. It has a side menu that lets you access all features and sections of the app, including settings.
Customize the app to your liking
Some changes can be made to the interface and the information it displays. The app launches with a list of todo and grocery lists that you've made for the following days.
Simply tap on one to edit or long press to modify its position on the screen, but if you're having trouble navigating inside the app you can always view the YouTube video filled with instructions.
You can select the first day of the week and enable sound effects. The app displays temperatures next to tasks for the current and upcoming days. You can change temperature units from Fahrenheit to Celsius and assign the reminder song. Also, the app comes in multiple languages for you to choose from.
Create tasks and lists, protect them with a passcode
The app makes it easy to create tasks by simply typing in text, using TTS or snapping a picture. Still, it doesn't let you pick different text sizes, styles or colors for your lists.
However, you can create how many tasks you like and simply swipe the screen when you wish to mark one as completed, but you'll have some trouble with that as it seems that the app would need some more work in this area.
Users can also set priorities for tasks, reminders, labels and have the option of sharing them online. Passcodes can also be created so that the information would be protected. The app accesses your contacts list, so you can place calls, send texts and even emails. The app also comes with a widget that lists all your tasks, calls, texts, and emails.
